There is a great story of the musical piece Handel’s Messiah. When Handel finally finished and presented this piece of music, the King of England was in the audience. When the orchestra began to sing the Hallelujah Chorus, the king stood up, acknowledging the kingship of Christ. When the king stood up, everybody else stood up, and from that day to this one, people stand because the king acknowledged the King of Kings.
